Blah

Alright, I don't mean to be a Negative Nellie, but really? It has been cloudy and foggy and cold here for at least 8 days in a row. I have had to turn my heat on the last 3 days because it is in the 50's. And the poor tourists. They come here by the bus load and I see them wandering around downtown. They all have their little beachy outfits on with sweatshirts over them and this confused, sad look on their faces. Who can blame them? It is July for crying out loud! A couple of days ago I went to Palo Alto(which could easily be on my list of favorite cities ever). Anyhoosers, I was driving home and I felt so happy - almost giddy. I kept wondering why and then I realized, it was sunny! It's amazing what a little sunshine can do!I realize I complained a few posts back about it being insanely hot. Maybe I am one of those people that will always want it to be different...Is it too much to ask to just have perfect weather all the time?

I heard you are coming for the fall? Just wanted to let you know that I am going to be doing a preschool at my home. If you are looking for a place for Emma, we would love to take her! LG

I am learning to accept the fog as natural air conditioning and enjoying it! My mother is always telling me how hot it is in So. Cal so I'm glad it is not 100 degrees. Fall will be here soon and then it probably won't be so gloomy. How far is Palo Alto?

I would love some cooler weather right now, but I know what you mean. Seriously though...you live in California. You pretty much have perfect weather year round...don't you? I'll trade. I'm sick of sweating all the time and breaking out like I'm in high school again.

I don't miss the cold, or the fog. It's crazy that 20 minutes in either direction is warmer and fogless. But it seems like July was a great time there last year. My memory of last year seems to be distorted for some reason.

You, my friend, need a sweet sun machine, with wave sounds and a pina colada. Oh the days of CW 9! :)

Um, we pay for it to be perfect weather all the time! Hello. Work with us here... we have traffic, $5 per gallon gas, traffic, gangs, traffic and $1 million dollar 1200 SF homes and traffic.
