The neighborhood has turned shady, my husband is a maniac, and it is frigid here!

Do you ever feel blogging pressure? Like it has been forever since you posted so it seems like you should have something fabulous to say after all that time, but you don't have anything fabulous to say so you just don't do anything? That is how I feel. So, I'll just update on the last couple of days.

Yesterday Jonny had to have a medical procedure done under anesthesia (he is fine, no worries). He had to be there at an insanely early hour so I told him to run along and I would come pick him up later. I hear I'm up for Wife of the Year Award...but really it was hard enough to get there when I did with all 3 kids.

As we got in the car at 7:20am it was FIVE FREAKING DEGREES. Five. Not to worry, it warmed up to a high of 17 degrees for the day. Once again I ask, "Why do we live here?!" (It is frigid here).

We got to the hospital and they took us back right as Jonny was semi waking up in the recovery room. He freaked me out because when he talked it was all slurred and his pupils were tiny. He proceeded to grope me, try to get me to grope him, expose himself to any and all passersby, and say things like "booby action" and a word that I will NOT type, really really loud. I had to apologize to the sweet little old couple next to us for his rowdy behavior. (My husband is a maniac).

When we arrived at home, the entire police force was in our neighborhood. OK not the entire force, but at least 15 officers and several vehicles. Bullet proof vests and all. There is this girl that lives a few doors down and we always shake our heads and "tsk tsk" at her because she goes zooming by really fast. Now she has a gangster boyfriend and we "tsk" even more as he zooms by with his loud music and even louder muffler. Jonny popped out to ask the officers what was going on and I was afraid he was going to be arrested for being under the influence or expose himself to the officers and ask them for booby action, but he refrained. Apparently they were serving a search warrant. Am I bad if I hope that means the end of at least the gangster boyfriend? (The neighborhood has turned shady).

So there you have it folks. A day in the life of...us.

I don't know if you could top that. What an update. Glad everything is okay(?) And I thought we were cold at 39 degrees. I was cracking about your husband though. Too bad you didn't get any video, lol, for blackmail. Merry Christmas!!

That is hilarious. Nate has done some really funny things while coming out of the anesthesia too. Good times. Hope you gave him some booby action.

Olivia recently picked up the word Frigid and now she is saying it all the time, but I feel it is the only good word to describe the weather. Jonny is a maniac, I have heard some good ones before, it definitely beats Patch trying to punch all of the nurses! You definitely came up with something good to blog about! Loved it!

So funny. If you want another good laugh, watch the video of Annie on Hannah's blog. She was high after her wisdom tooth surgery.

That is too funny! If it makes you feel any better my husband is a groper when coming out from under sedation also. Maybe it is a male thing? :-)

Leave it to Jonny to be dirty in front of a little old couple. We had really awful neighbors, and I I was SO glad when they moved.
