For example: Last night Emma got sent to her room (I forget what for, it happens A LOT these days) and she shut her door and turned on her radio and cranked it up really loud. It probably would have been a more effective rebellion if it had been some sort of hard core rock instead of "Disney's Greatest, Volume One." Anyhoosers, Jonny looked at me and started laughing, and I had to say it, "And so it begins. She's a teenager trapped in a 3 year old's body."
Another recent 'And so it begins' moment involved Emma dressing Matthew up in her princess/bride tiara. He laughed all the while and I was getting a pretty good chuckle too - knowing that this would be the first of many times she will do that and imagining his horror when he is old enough to realize what she did to him all that time...

that is so cute. isaac loves to dress up with katie and dance to princess music. some day soon they will either regret it or we will!!
I love it....just wait until she is in kindergarten and you fight about what she wears to school everyday and which hannah montana shirt she is wearing because she wore that one the day before! oh wait...that's my life. I'm sure you'll know exactly what I mean in a few short years!
Love the baby pic of Jaxon. So cute. good memories of your beautiful day.
I am wondering if she has started stomping or slamming the door? That is fun! Isn't it amazing how early things start happening. What is up with that.
I can see so much of Emma in this picture. What a cutie. At our house Emmy gets dressed up as Nacho Nibre. Kids are so great.
Oh I love the Emma stories... keep them coming! Why is it that I kind of am excited for Sydney to get all sassy with me?!?
I am with Kaedi, those stories are so cute and funny! And, those kids... oh my, promise me if you get over them you'll give them to me... I'll take either...
