In her bedtime prayers tonight Emma informed Heavenly Father that her family wants her to be "perftict" (perfect), and not diagnosed with diabetes." Is she trying to make me cry?

OH that's a heartbreaker for sure. She is absolutely perfect already though. Hope the GF is still going well.

Oh bless her sweet little heart!! Remind her how lucky she is that she has magic potty. I wish I had magic potty. :)

In fact I do think they try to make us cry! What a sweet, spicy little girl, she's adorable.

That is sweet and sad! Emma is a treasure. I can't believe how grown up she and Matty both look in that picture.

Hey, I just sent you a message via Caleb's facebook account, and then realized after skimming your blog that your daughter was dxd w/ diabetes a while back. So go ahead and ignore all my newbie advice! You're probably a pro at this all by now. But keep the hug b/c diabetes sucks and goodness knows we all need now now and then!

This post breaks my heart-- Charlotte was too young to ever remember life without diabetes so she just accepts it as who she is. But I dread the day she asks me why she has to deal with it.
